Koroneiki olives were handpicked in the Peloponnese region of Greece and cold pressed to produce this fabulous oil. Some say this is the crown jewel of Greek extra virgin olive oils. The Nocellara olive is a cultivar originating from the Valle del Belice area of south-western Sicily. When this olive is used as a table olive, it is known as Castelvetrano. The olives are large and green with a mild and buttery flavor.
